Payment Options
Viva's accounting procedures is being changed as of March 15, 2018, to the following accounting procedures:
Option 1:
Credit Card auto-debit (Amex, Visa, MC, Discover) carries a 3.5% fee of the monthly payment. If this option is chosen, the client receives 5% additional materials thereby passing an increase in savings to the client.
Reason for Credit Card Policy Change
Monthly credit card charges consume 3.5% of every dollar you pay. To improve
results, the “merchant fee” that benefits the credit card processing center is being transferred to the client to obtain additional marketing materials.
Option 2:
ACH payment (ACH means electronic payments and money transfers between banks
without using paper checks, wire transfers, credit card networks, or cash.)
Option 3:
Debit Card payment. This is a debit card on file that is used to debit a monthly payment.
